Unleash your Gen Z talent with soft skills training.
Interested in improved performance, engagement, retention, team dynamics and organizational success?
Our mission at The Alchemy Edge is simple:
We help Gen Z grads thrive in the workplace by teaching them soft skills that are directly correlated with strong professional performance and long-term career success.
Let’s Change the
Status Quo
Generation after generation, we bring young professionals into the workforce with no explanation of how to actually be a professional.
Email etiquette. How to prioritize. Seeking and responding to feedback.
The assumption has always been that they will learn soft skills over time. And if we’re being honest, these aren’t always the most comfortable topics to address. Sometimes it seems better to let these [not so] little missteps go.
We make demands of their talent without recognizing that the only way they can achieve the potential we hired them for - to unlock those amazing hard skills - is to provide them with a solid foundation of soft skills.
Ready to break the cycle and unleash your Gen Z talent?
The Alchemy Edge Advantage
We cover the basics of communication, prioritization, meeting etiquette, embracing and seeking feedback and so much more.
Foundational habits that can level up young professionals and translate into improved performance, retention, team dynamics and organizational success.
All of those tiny conversations it feels easier not to have? Those are our FAVORITE to have.
Benefits:
Higher-performing and engaged young professionals who feel invested in, empowered and motivated to do great work and create a path to growth.
Happier managers who don’t have to worry about soft skills coaching that requires repeated effort, know-how and some delicate conversations, freeing them up to teach role-specific skills.
Stronger teams enjoying less inefficiency and friction that arise from poor soft skills.
Organizational resilience. Instead of focusing too heavily on top performers, develop a network of higher performers at a young age, reducing the risk of brain-drain if a few key performers exit.
Stability. The research is clear that learning opportunities lead to higher engagement and retention. It’s exactly what 76% of Gen Z was seeking during the Great Resignation.
Enjoy the win-win: offer your Gen Z talent this foundational training and watch the benefits filter up to organizational success and down to a stronger bottom line.
Our goal is to teach, simple + achievable lessons that add up to empower young talent and create a big impact on performance.
Learn how to get this critical talent edge over your competitors.
Here’s the clear, measurable path to maximizing your Gen Z talent potential through The Alchemy Edge.
-
Self-awareness is critical to knowing where you are and where you need to grow, so we start with 360-degree assessments with your young talent and their managers. We measure mastery levels of 18 different skills to help ensure the program is building on strengths and addressing the right gaps.
-
Gen Z is unlike any generation before them. Having studied them in-depth, we know what works and what doesn’t when it comes to connecting with and empowering them to learn.
We use a combination of digital content and live coaching to deliver lessons that are multi-channel, interactive, collaborative and focus on real-world application.
-
No one develops soft skills from a PowerPoint. That’s why continual practice and reflection are the cornerstones of our trainings. We ensure that the habits we’re working to instill are put to use in real work situations, analyzed and refined on a regular basis.
We’ll also do a once weekly touchbases with managers, so they’re aware of topics for the week and can work on reinforcing the practices we’re instilling.
All of this adds up to accelerated behavioral changes.
-
Midway through the process, we’ll reevaluate team members on those same 18 skills from the outset of the program. This will ensure we’re making progress and can refocus efforts as necessary to maximize the impact of the program.
We’ll perform the same test at the end of the program to measure impact and offer recommendations for ongoing learning and practice following the last lesson.
